Invention Workshops

We’re running weekly invention workshops in Redruth at The Art Room on Wednesdays 6:30-8:30pm.

These sessions are about getting together, sharing ideas for games, automata and interactives and building the skills to bring them to life.

We’ll start with some basic mechanisms which are essential to all moving things. Over the coming weeks, you will develop these and create your own automata and other mechanical marvels. We’ll add electronics, more tools and different techniques as we go!

Places are available on a pay-what-you-can basis. We are all volunteers and the money you pay will help us to buy more supplies and equipment and keep things going.

Everyone over 11 is welcome, but under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
